Sick Policy: If you are feeling ill for any reason, please reschedule your appointment. If you are exhibiting visible signs of illness (coughing, sneezing, runny nose), please reschedule your appointment.

On the Day of Your Appointment

We value your time and strive to honor your service on schedule. To help achieve this goal successfully, please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service. In the event you are running late, we will do everything we can to honor the full appointment. However, if you are excessively late, please keep in mind that we may have to reschedule your appointment.

We also recommend that you book your next appointment prior to leaving the salon so that we can be sure to accommodate your schedule.

Cancellations and Missed Appointments

Should a cancellation or date change be necessary, we request a minimum of 24-hours’ notice. Missed appointments will be charged full price, not to exceed $100 per service.

While clients are called for appointments confirmations, clients whom we weren't able to reach are encouraged to confirm their appointment the day before it's scheduled.

Gratuities

Tipping is appreciated and left to the discretion of our clients. Gift certificates do not include gratuities.

Cell Phones

We ask that clients kindly quiet their cell phones in the salon during their service.

Children

For the safety and comfort of all clients, we request that any children in the salon under the age of 12 must be accompanied at all times by a guardian.

Method of Payment

For your convenience, we gladly accept Venmo, PayPal, cash, or personal checks from local clients.
